At MOB, we grow Microgreens, very young vegetables and herbs with great amounts of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients; ranging from x4 to x40 times compared to their mature counterparts. Our innovation lies on growing our Microgreens locally, vertically and indoors. This gives us the ability to grow year-round, not depending on the season or external environmental conditions. By leveraging technology, we make better use of natural resources such as water, energy and soil, whilst optimizing space and harvest yield. Additionally, we believe in our ecological commitment to cultivating our plants through organic processes, allowing us to provide natural and delicious Microgreens to our customers’ doorstep right after harvest. Lastly, we aim to elevate every restaurant's culinary creations to the next level while helping students and families live a healthy lifestyle with fresh, natural, and delicious Microgreens for their every-day dishes.
